We respect your confidentiality. All orders are dispatched and we will never make your details available to any third party. Please ask to see our Privacy POLICY for full details. All goods are sold as novelty items it is totally up to you how you choose to use them. We cannot be held responsible for any injury caused by improper use. Please note when returning goods postage & packing will not be refunded. No refunds will be given unless the goods do not comply with the Sales of Goods Act. Certain fabrics reflect light differently depending on lighting conditions, resulting in apparent colour variations shown in the catalogue. Therefore, colours depicted should be used only as a guide. For reasons of hygiene, personal products, vibrators and other substances cannot be returned once opened unless the product/s is/are faulty, unfit for purpose, not as described or of an unsatisfactory quality.

PRICES
The price you pay is displayed clearly on the price list and on your invoice.

HOW TO ORDER
For speed of delivery and information on availability, or to order by phone, fax or email 5 days a week from 10am - 6pm. Please have ready: style number, colour, size and quantity of any item you wish to order along with a method of payment. For next day delivery (applies to UK Mainland only), your order should reach us no later then 2pm Monday to Thursday. Orders received on Friday, expect a Monday delivery.

DELIVERY
Orders are processed and dispatched on the same day, subject to payment and stock availability. Although we endeavour to keep all products in stock for immediate delivery, sometimes due to unforeseen demand stocks run out. In this case we will contact you to offer an alternative product or whether you wish to proceed with the order. Damaged or short deliveries must be notified within 2 days of the receipt of goods - by telephone and recorded mail. No claims will be accepted after this period. If items are out of stock, you will be contacted by one of our executives who will ask you how you would like to proceed or cancel. Our charges for delivery are clearly marked out on the invoice. All orders will be dispatched in cardboard packaging. We reserve the right to amend our mailing policy anytime.

METHOD OF PAYMENT
Ownership of any goods supplied by the company shall only pass to the customer when the payment has been received in full. All major credit cards are accepted. We will only take payment on the day the goods are ready to ship. Should you wish to pay by cheque we will reserve your order and the goods will only be dispatched once the cheque has cleared. Interest will be charged at a rate of 5% per month over the base rate of Barclays Bank plc. Applies to any accounts which are not paid on the due date. The company may instruct a professional collection agency or solicitor to collect an overdue debt. The whole cost of the collection including professional fees will be borne by the customer.

USE OF IMAGE
All our images are copyright protected, which means that we the company (Trade Concept (UK) Ltd) control the rights to use these images to avoid conflict with competing clients and to protect our artwork. It is illegal to scan the images form the catalogue. For website use - a CD with the complete range must be purchased.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be excluded and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions. This contract is subject to the law of England and Wales. All disputes arising out of this contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Those who access the site from other locations are responsible for compliance with their local laws and taxes as applicable. Any disputes not resolved by normal complaints procedure will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales under English Law. Please note our catalogue contains products of an adult nature. All customers should be 18 years or over. Purchasing from us in acceptance of these terms and confirmation that you are over 18 years old.
