In 2007, Trade Concept (UK) Ltd, formily known as Bella International Ltd factory in China moved to its new 3,000sq meter purpose built manufacturing plant. This has enabled us increase our production from 220,000 garment to 500,000 per month. One of the key reasons for relocating to a new factory was purely so that we could meet customer demands, improve productivity and reduce lead times.

Additionally, we are finding that more and more customers are now requesting garments to be made with their own labels. This has been an emerging pattern in our German and Australian market over the last couple of years and something which has followed suit in the UK. We strongly believe that with over fifteen year of experience within manufacturing, we are able to meet our customer’s demands by matching their ambitions as well as providing a service that’s second to none.

PRIVATE LABELLING
Therefore, we at TCUK are now be in a position to offer all the expertise as highlighted above to any UK & European businesses wishing to have their designs manufactured in our factor. Since we have introduced private labelling to our UK & European customers we have been very successful in opening major new accounts and in meeting our customer’s demands with pricing, delivery and sourcing of raw materials. We are able to manufacture all types of material from chiffon to leather.

The simple road to having your designs manufactured are:

Step 1
In an ideal situation we would like for you to send us a design of a garment that you would like for us to manufacture. This could be in a sketch form or actual garment. This is then sent to our factory and a free sampling service is offered!

Step 2
Once we have the sample back we are then able to advice you of MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) & cost guide. This is based on the nature of the design and sourcing of raw materials. MOQ may vary from 2000 pieces plus!

Step 3
Having guided you through the sampling / production process - the next the final step is to having the goods delivered to your door. We are able to offer FOB (Free On Board) China or alternatively bring the goods in on your behalf.
