- We will never pass your details to anyone else without asking you first. We do not share, rent, sell or trade any personal information with any outside organisation.
- We do not rent our mailing list, either paper or electronic, nor do we allow others access to it for any reason. Any information given to Trade Concept (UK) Ltd is used only for the specific purposes for which you supply it to us.
- From time to time we may send out a email newsletter which is strictly opt-in. If you are receiving it, and wish to be removed, send a mail to remove@tradeconcept.co.uk and you will be removed from that mailing list; if that doesn't work for any reason, write to info@tradeconcept.co.uk and a staff member will remove you manually.
- We do send paper catalogues to customers; by default they're sent to the billing address. You can request to not be placed on our paper catalogue mailing list when you place your order. You can also request that the catalogue be mailed to an address other than your billing address. If you wish to be removed from our paper catalogue mailing list, please send your name and address to remove@tradeconcept.co.uk, and you will be removed from our next mailing. Given the lead times in our catalogue mailings, there's a chance that you will receive one more catalogue if we had already sent out the mailing before you requested that your name be removed from the mailing list.
- We will only call you if we have a question or problem about your order. If you are not available when we call, we will be as discreet as possible in leaving any messages.
- If we or our credit card processor suspects card fraud, we may contact the holder of a credit card used on an order at the billing address or telephone numbers supplied, or at those supplied by the credit card holder's bank, to verify the legitimacy of an order.
- If you have a shipment sent to another address, a receipt will be sent to you at the billing address.
- We do place cookies in your browser. The functions of these cookies are to keep track and to analyse the path that users take through our site, so that we can constantly improve our site navigation system.
